A modern, Scandinavian inspired semi-detached home in prime Leslieville location. Walking distance to Queen Street's fabulous restaurants and shops. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Newly renovated, spacious and bright. Outdoor space includes landscaped yard, lounge area and bbq. Parking also available.

Mekân
Guests will have access to the main and upstairs floors of the house (excludes the basement and one locked room 2nd floor), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and use of the outdoor space & full backyard. The backyard includes lounge furniture and bbq. The house can be accessed by guests (keyless code) by either the front door or the backyard parking area (off of a lane).

As this is a primary residence it will have some personal belongings in the home although sparse and well organized with plenty of empty closest space and storage for use.

Other things to note
The basement apartment is rented out to a full- time quiet tenant, however it has a completely separate entrance way on the side of the house.
