This is a self catering two bed apartment located right in the city centre of Truro. The Old Smelting works is an old Industrial Building converted with all the advantages of Modern day living. With a private parking space and yet literally five minutes walk from Truro Train station it makes it an ideal base for work or pleasure.

The beautiful Truro Cathedral and city centre with plenty of shops/ restaurants are all within a five minute walk. Everything right on your doorstep.

Mekân
The living space is comprised of open plan kitchen/ lounge area with bathroom and utility room on the same level.
Upstairs you will find a generous master bedroom with a comfy King sized bed and built in walk in wardrobe. In the other bedroom is two single beds which can be pushed together also with built in wardrobes! Everyone will get a goodnight sleep as even though we are in the centre of Truro we are nicely tucked away from all the hustle and bustle.

Newly refurbished bathroom whilst maintaining some of its industrial features. The kitchen has all the amenities you would expect including, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, washing machine etc

Free WiFi, TV and Netflix is also available

Ideal for couples/ friends, business travellers and families( please get in touch if Children under 2)

Dogs are welcome but probably more suitable for smaller dogs

As this is a first floor apartment there is no outdoor space for a BBQ but the beautiful Victoria Gardens is only a 2 minute walk away. The local Skate park is also only a 5 minute walk away. However there is a shared walkway/balcony for some outside space.

This apartments is in a building of four apartments. Both first floor flats are let for Airbnb, so should your party be larger there would be an option to rent the apartment next door which is identical. Please ask
