From what we can understand from such Russian language that (Hidden by Airbnb) can not even translate, here is our reply:
1- Everything in the condo is old.
Our condo has been fully renovated less than 4 years ago: New tilling, new painting, new hand made kitchenette, new bedroom closets and beds, new bathrooms, etc... I really wonder what is old.
Yes, on the photos, everything is new but that was before we rented to Russian families!
2- The hotel is old.
It was completely renovated less than 4 months ago!
3- The hotel has no restaurant.
It is on first floor and I checked it this very morning! Their breakfast buffet looks very attractive, by the way!!
And just beside, you have another one in the new building!
4- On the week-end, many local Thais.
You probably would like to have the swimming pool only for yourself but, sorry, you are in Thailand!
5- The leaves and flowers fall in the swimming pool.
My God, how dirty it is!
Sorry, but the pools are cleaned every morning. Unfortunately, in Thailand, leaves and flowers fall all the time. That is the price to pay for swimming, surrounded by luxuriant trees and flowers.
6- One air-conditioning is not cooling.
Why don't you let us know immediately? Why don't you tell the management office beside the swimming pool?
It could have been repaired within the same day! (And it is now repaired)
7- The Makro is 20 minutes away.
The map says 750 meters and 9 minutes walking!
By the way, thank you to your child who delicately left his marks with a pen on the door. We have to do a new painting but did not complain to AirBnB.
We do not appreciate guests who systematically choose the cheapest place around
but see everything the negative way by ignorance, unfounded prejudices or simple arrogance.
