1) On Airbnb, the extra guest fees are clearly stated once you add how many guests are staying. This is how ALL Airbnb listings work, not just ours. You had booked for 5 people only which allows use of all three bedrooms. It was your decision not to use the 3rd bedroom on the main floor as your child is so young. Our 4th bedroom was never booked by you as that requires 7 people staying.
2) For the communication with our team, it was difficult for them to give you the extra bed in the Master bedroom that night as you were having massages and then, didn’t leave the room until 10 pm. Suparta and our staff then had to prepare a 2nd dinner for you and your partner at 10:30 pm when they are supposed to leave by 9:30 pm. After your late dinner, it was too late for them to set up the extra bed. We state in our listing as well as our confirmation that meals are only served from 7:30 am - 9:30 pm. Our wonderful team did not complain about this and were happy to provide extra service for you. I hope that you would appreciate that our staff usually work a full 8 hour shift, but they went above and beyond during your stay.
3) And for the one breakfast that was delayed, that again was the second breakfast that had to be prepared as your mother and daughter had eaten much earlier. We apologize that your 2nd breakfast was not on time, and will make sure that our team delivers the breakfasts on time.
