Comfortable, quiet getaway with great views of South Bay. Long Island Village is less than 4 miles away from South Padre Island, just across Queen Isabella Causeway. View the bay fireworks from the unit deck on Friday Nights and Saturday nights during the summer months.
There is a pontoon boat parked in front of unit which only allows one space for a car to be parked in front of unit.
During summer months fireworks over the bay can be seen from deck on Fridays and Saturday nights.
Guests have access to all amenities at Long Island Village with purchase of $5 bracelet. Additional cost for golf at pro shop. Amenities: 18 hole par 3 golf course, library, indoor and out door pools with hot tubs, miniature golf, tennis courts, shuffle board court, horse shoe court, basketball court, volleyball court, billiards room, arts and crafts room, exercise facilities, Village grill restaurant, and private boat ramp.

The renter is responsible for a 5.00 car parking fee and a 10.00 rental fee in the main office. Braclets are 5.00 per person which allow guests to use the resort amenities.
Need to inform guest of the following before they can come into the Resort.
1.Guests must register at the Welcome Center before giving a vehicle pass. They must provide proof of liability insurance for the vehicle and have a valid driver’s license. Car pass fee per vehicle is $5.00 from two to thirty days.
2.Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult staying at the residence before they can be issued a car pass.
3.Only two pets are allowed at each residence.
4.Only two vehicles may be registered for the residence to include automobiles, trucks, and vans. Vehicles cannot be parked on the street or on any lot that they are not registered to.
5.Only one self-contained recreational vehicle or park model is permitted on a lot.
6.Total of 8 people per residence at any time to include guest and their visitors. No one other than those individuals listed on your permission slip will be permitted to stay overnight at the residence.
7.Your guest must inform the Welcome Center in person for permission for day visitors. After 5:00 pm they must notify security at the front gate. No phone calls are accepted for visitors to come in the Resort.
8.Boat trailers must fit on concrete pad of the lot and cannot extend onto the grass, flower bed or into the street.
9.Boat trailers will not be allowed to parked on any common ground in the Resort other than Activity Center Parking lot @ $5.00 a day.
10.Rental processing fee- A $20.00 fee charged to owners who rent LIV property without going through the rental pool. The owner may choose to pay this fee or let his/her renter pay fee. It is charged each time the property is rented this fee is also be charged to guest of owners when owners is not present in unit during stay.
11.Must Reside @ Resort.
This unit is our family getaway home and we ask that renters respect our home and resort rules. Long Island Village has many rules that are strictly enforced.
Guests will be met at time of arrival to receive key and at time of departure to collect key.
