The apartments are located in a charming three-story house built on top of a limestone cliff in an old olive tree grove. The house offers a breath-taking view: on one side the Paphlagon Mountain, on the other side the Sele Valley.
The apartment "Ulivo" is fully furnished, with fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Furthermore, it has its own private outdoor space plus there are lots of shared outdoor areas surrounding the whole house. Included in the house's area is a parking that allows the safe custody of the car and a barbecue area to enjoy picnics with family and friends.
The house is positioned at the edge of the village however it is still close enough to walk into the centre (approximately a 5 minute walk), where there are bars, restaurants and shops.
- Respect for other guests;
- It is not allowed to bring other people inside the house's area/apartment;
- Close all doors and windows when you are leave the house area;
- Switch off the lights when you are not in the apartment;
- Rental agreement signed on arrival.

I have lived most of my life in Caposele and have always had an open house for friends and acquaintances to come any visit, including lots of international guests.
