I am actually quite shocked about the things you describe as you will see from the many previous reviews that the flat is normally very clean. I have sent your review to my cleaner to see what has happened in this instance as it is clearly not acceptable. I apologise for you having to clean items when you arrived.
I pride myself on having a place that people return to time and time again so I will investigate this thoroughly and take any necessary action.
I am sorry you weren’t happy with the location. I took a long time to write the description and took care when accurately describing all of the local amenities (10 minute walk to Northern line, walkable distance to retail park with shops, grocery store and restaurants etc) so I would hope that you had plenty of helpful insights to make an informed decision before your stay.
I really wish you had let me know of these problems you experienced during your stay. I would have come over myself immediately to clean for you and resolve any problems but unfortunately, if these issues are not raised at the time, then it does not give me the opportunity to help you during your stay, which is a real shame.
