Quite disappointing after welcoming and telling you about our vibrant neighborhood (lots of movies were shot on our street and around us), Toronto homelessness, attractions, ethnic food etc. I had to take an afternoon off to read through your long list of false complains. The guest unit is only 3 years old and it is maintained by myself at very high standards (floors get steam cleaned). To keep this short, one can read the other 400 reviews to get an idea about my home & area. I am booked back to back so if the place was like that, the guests after you would not described it as "very clean and comfortable". All information is very clearly listed. I do follow the Airbnb guidelines (we need to take pictures) when we request extra money and the pictures where from your stay (check the time and date). FYI...lint is a fire hazard. You had the opportunity to stay in a Historic grand Victorian home right Downtown Toronto and all you remember is that I offer only one pan, one pot etc? Toronto is a multicultural cosmopolitan City, one can not expect to have only rich people on the streets. While my neighbors are indeed lawyers, doctors, architects, engineers (like us), we all mingle peacefully with all walks of life. If you prefer to stay in a gated community and you are afraid to meet people from different cultures or less fortunate than you, maybe Toronto is not for you. To conclude, there was not a single positive remark, so I am wondering why you actually booked my place? A bad apple in the orchard is not going to spoil the harvest. Happy hosting to me and my other 400 happy and lovely guests!
