One bedroom apartment with great views. We are located right between the center of the city and San Telmo. Excellent public transportation and you are walking distance from restaurants, bakeries, grocer, supermarket, laundramat etc.
Recently renovated and fully furnished studio in Montserrat, the first barrio of Buenos Aires. The apartment is a single room with a dividing which you can slide open open for more light or more privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and cooking utensils so you can prepare quick meals. This apartment is equipped with two very comfortable spring mattresses, heating, ironing board, cable TV, everything you need to feel at home.
As soon as you walk out the door you will find a supermarket downstairs, a laundramat across the road and a Bank machine around the corner. You will also find a large choice of bars and restaurants less than 100 metres away. We are also within a 5 to 10 minute walking distance from the financial district, Congress, the Pink House, San Telmo, and the UADE.
We are less than 400 meters away from the subway station (Mariano Moreno), there are tons of buses and the Metrobus that will connect you to any part of the city and there are taxis 24 hours since we are 200 meters away from 2 major avenues.
