Cosy, comfortable, well loved former mill workers' cottage by the River Lym. Seven minutes walk to the sea. As I am flexible with lettings I ask guests to bring their own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
My little cottage is one of four cottages believed to have been built in the 19th century for the workers at the nearby silk mill.
Downstairs the front door opens into the living room (two 2 seat sofas, TV, DVD player, Wifi, wood burning stove), through to the kitchen (cooker, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fold up table and chairs). There are steps from the living room to a landing and then down again to the downstairs bathroom (loo, basin, shower over bath). Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one double bed, two singles, vanity units in both rooms). The enclosed shared front garden is south facing, bench and table outside.
I will be contactable by phone for any help you may need during your stay.

Guests should bring their own bed linen (duvets and pillows provided) , towels and tea towels.
One well behaved dog welcome, but please keep out of the bedrooms and off the furniture and please hoover downstairs before you leave. No smoking inside the cottage.
