Recently renovated to a very high standard retaining many of the original features of a grade 2 listed 16th century cottage. This room has a contemporary and stylish feel and it's large proportions belie the look of the cottage. The bathroom arrangements are unusual as it's listed. The room has a double ended bath and sink giving it a boutique fee, but you share a loo with another room. The charming sitting room and delightful garden are great places to have a glass of wine and enjoy the quiet
To look at Clare Cottage you might think that it is too small to fit one person in, but the inside is just one of the unique qualities of Clare Cottage. This quiet cottage sitting in the centre of Sherborne is ideally situated for guests to relax in the garden or in the beautifully appointed sitting room enjoying a glass of wine.
There is a hall/dinning room with cosy fires blazing in the winter months, and a lovely sitting room where you can sit and read the newspapers or a book with a glass of wine. In the summer months the garden is a delightful place to sit and enjoy the sun.
As I live at Clare Cottage I am delighted to give my guests tips and help as required.
