I am sorry your review was negative and you feel this way. Since you were 500klms away from the accommodation you booked and never had any direct communication with us, I cannot see how you can make this statement. Even after we and AirBnB attempted to contact you many many times. Maybe next time when you book another persons accommodation and have no intention of staying, you will be a little more approachable and situations such as overcrowding and 3rd party bookings can be worked out in advance. Remember you are staying in someone else's home.
