Beautifully decorated with a range of books and board games at your disposal. With an open fire in a comfortable lounge, it is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy.
With a choice of renting the whole house with either one or two double bedrooms available and an upstairs sitting room with sofa bed as well as a large lounge and kitchen/diner or bed & breakfast there are many options to choose from. We do have several chair beds suitable for children if required.
Please note when booking the house for 2 people the price quoted assumes two people sharing one bedroom.
We can be available to meet and greet and will certainly be there if you choose the B & B option. Alternatively you can have the key of the door and we will be a phone-call away should you need us. You can take advantage of our welcome pack to guide you through your stay.

Hay on Wye is most noted for its literary festival in May/June but there is also a winter festival in November, music, food and walking festivals are also part of Hay's calendar. Richard Booth's bookshop houses a fabulous cinema showing current films as well as some classics.
As our much loved home we would hope that any guests would share the respect we have for it and be aware of our neighbours. There are two designated parking spaces. The house is definitely a non- smoking house. we will consider allowing a small dog but only in the downstairs area.
Both love to travel & experience new adventures. We believe in living life to the full having lost our partners to cancer. We love theatre, cinema, walking, cycling and sharing our love of the beautiful countryside that we live in.
Our 3 year old miniature wire haired dachshund called Dennis brings a lot of fun into our lives.
