As featured in the Guardian 10 best vineyard stays, our two hundred year old barn lies in 9 acres of land of ancient orchard, vineyard and is a site of special scientific interest with outstanding views as far as Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills.
The barn has exposed thick stone walls and original features.Upstairs there is the bathroom, dinning area and kitchen and it's fitted out with everything you could need including dishwasher, washing machine and large TV and Wifi ( which can be a little slow). Downstairs there is a double bedroom with small en suite and a comfortable twin.
You have the barn, parking and a fenced off garden area with table and chairs that you have to yourselves although with 9 acres of land to roam around in there's no shortage of space .
We are usually around working in the vineyard or orchard and always happy to take a walk around where we make our award winning Smith and Evans Wine and Half Moon Cider. Our farmhouse next to the barn so we are happy to make recommendations about the local area which has great pubs and places to eat.
