A beautiful garden studio - it was so comfy and quiet. The fridge was stocked and the homemade plum jam was so delicious! Thank-you for a very restful stay:)

We only stayed for one night, on route from Sydney, but its a really nice place. Everything you need and very quiet in a pretty garden. Andy and AnneMaree were great hosts, we even got a gift of plum jam made from the garden. Quick to reply and information provided was helpful.

We had a lovely stay. The garden apartment was lovely- quaint, well equipped, lively valley view at the back, light , air-conditioned, private and very well located. It was a perfect spot for us to attend the blues festival. We really loved it and Andrew's wife was simply delightful. She even put all our fridge contents in her fridge for the day on the day of checkout as well as storing our luggage. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone needing a place in Goulburn

We had a lovely stay at Andrew and Ann Marie's Garden Studio. The unit was clean, comfortable and warm, with homely rustic decor and furniture to enjoy. The chocolates were a lovely surprise! We only stayed a night on our way to explore Wombeyan Caves, but could easily have stayed longer. Thanks for your hospitality.

We had a pleasant stay here. We had a few problems with hot water and wifi but Andy was quick to help fix them and make us comfortable. Nice and close to the highway which was great for us. The breakfast snacks were appreciated. Thanks.

Andy was easy-going when showing us to our accommodation which was tucked away behind the house, out of sight from the front of the street. The flat was within walking distance (1km+) to a 7 Eleven and the main street offering a reasonable range of dining options. The essentials were provided and the box of chocolates added a nice touch.

Anne-Maree and Andrew made us feel very welcome. The studio was cosy and comfortable and we appreciated the unexpected treats provided. It is in a great location and was an easy walk to the main street for dinner. We would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to come back to visit again.

The Coachhouse was spacious with the huge glass sliding doors opening out onto the private tennis court. It was very clean, well presented and the bed was very comfortable. The airconditioning was appreciated on a hot afternoon and the kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. Daniel welcomed us on arrival and was very quick to respond to any later queries.

Simply an amazing stay. felt like a home away from home. a lot of room, close to the city, aircon, clean, comfy. This was my and my partners first experience with airbnb and this has left us incredibly impressed, will want to stay here again in the future.

The studio is great much better than expected. We also got a game of tennis in. Sorry Daniel we lost your last ball in the IVY.

I loved staying at the Coachhouse - a cosy place that had everything I needed! The bed was comfy, with electric blankets for chilly nights and the heating and cooling was quick and efficient too. Although I didnt meet Daniel, the instructions were clear on how to access the apartment. I highly recommend the Coachhouse for accommodation in Goulburn.

Great location in the middle of town. Linda was really helpful and went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible given the heatwave conditions.

staying in historic Goulburn this is a place full of character at the back of an old bank building, very close to great sights and restaurants - really enjoyed it.

Great little, heritage style apartment, in a fabulous location. Was very comfortable, great bed, with most things we needed. Right in the centre of the cbd, walking distance to absolutely everything.

Alex and Vaughan were excellent hosts. They were very welcoming and had a lot of information about the property and the surrounding area. The cottage is newly renovated, very clean and had everything you might need. We enjoyed our stay at the cottage.

The house was a lovely place to stay for a weekend. Beautifully renovated, great location within easy walking distance from town, and everything we needed to enjoy ourselves for the weekend. We especially appreciated the folder with local maps and restaurant menus. There was some confusion/last minute discussion about the check out time, but otherwise communication and instructions about our arrival were all extremely efficient. Would definitely recommend for a family trip to Goulburn.

This is my second visit. It is a cosy house with all comforts. There is attention to detail in every aspect of this house. It is within walking distance of restaurants but has every facility to eat at home. Definitely recommend.

This cottage is close to everything you would want to visit in Goulburn, mostly accessible on foot, such as museums, cafes and shops. The renovation of this period cottage has been carefully thought out for all possible age groups. The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-dining are beautifully and luxuriously appointed with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. Highly recommended.

Beautifully appointed former railwayman's cottage. Clean and neat with nice beds & linen, lovely kitchen, bathrooms and living space and very pleasant, private outdoor areas. Our host was VERY easy to coomuncate with and the whole process was simple and well-handled. We will CERTAINLY stay here again :-)

Stayed here with my family, including a 2-year old who absolutely loved all the animals on the farm. Fireplace going when we arrived. Really nice stay, will try to find an excuse to come back.

Sam was extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival late at night; including a fire in the bedroom and the electric blankets warming the bed. We stayed over to break our drive up to Sydney and loved it. Would definitely go back to experience an authentic farm stay, all the beautiful animals, the dark sky at night and the peace and tranquility of staying in the countryside. We booked the 3 separate bedrooms for an overnight stay as we were heading to Wakefield Park. The heated sheets were on which was lovely as it got cold overnight. 1 of the rooms had a fire place which had been lit. It was nice to have a well equipped kitchen too. There is no table in the kitchen area to sit and eat but there is an outside area. There's a lot of friendly animals too! Thanks for making us welcome Sam.

The host, Sam, was very friendly and accommodating. My bunch loved being able to interact with the many animals, feathered and furred, who make this old farmhouse their home. All amenities we needed were there. And Sam lit up a fire for us when the Goulburn air dipped below zero.

A lovely place to stay if you want somewhere different. If you're an animal lover this is the place for you. Place was comfortable and Sam, Amy etc were lovely and very welcoming. Great value with breakfast included too. Jess & Jamie.

Our stay was really enjoyable. The farm accommodation was rustic but comfortable. There were plenty of friendly animals too. We had a comfy bed and a lovely breaky was on offer, with farm fresh eggs. The host was also very friendly. A lovely authentic experience :) too.

Better than I expected. House is a bit old but well kept, very spacious and equiped with everything you need. It is also managed by Best Western with access to hotel facilities making service more efficient. Host responded to queries right away and was very friendly. Had issues with wifi during first half of our stay but was fixed. Some towels had stains. Overall we all had a great time. Recommended but big families or groups.

An affordable option with access to the hotel's pool and other facilities. The check in process was easy and communication in the lead up to our stay was very helpful.

My friend and I only stopped for the night but thought the old Dairy was lovely and everything we needed was there. We didn't meet Linda, only Roland, who was very helpful and my friend even bought a print from the gallery.

Would not recommend staying here in winter - very cold and damp.

Our host was very communicative and flexible and the place was very nice with a wonderful view.

The diary was a terrific place to stay overnight on our drive between Qld and Vic. Very comfortable and easy for us with our dog travelling along too.

Very large and spacious place, could easily fit 8 people with no problems. Well stocked kitchen, clean bathroom and large carpark space. Checkin was via the Best Western hotel reception which was conveniently located nearby and also open on New Years Day, which is when we went. Would definitely come back again with a large group of friends/family!

Vicki was very helpful with everything including directions and the rooms were as they were shown in the pictures. Will definitely stay there again.

Lots of room, 2 bathrooms a big plus. Use of pool 50m up the road thoroughly enjoyed by kids.

Although we only needed an overnight stop, the home would be very suitable as a base for an extended stay. The house is old and has obviously been renovated, it was clean and very comfortable. A nice place to stay after a few hours driving. The only hint is to take care getting to the back entrance as the large pebbles are rather difficult to walk on.
