A number of options to fill in your arepa, as well as a vegetarian which we find delicious!
Tasty quick bite if you don't feel like cooking or having a big meal (although the do fill you pu!).
They also have home-made lemonades and fresh juices.

Really recommend the Capriciosa.

Our selection of spots both near the flat and in other parts of Medellín
This little ecopark is great!
Big enough so you can hike without bumping into many people but small enough to have everything close by (café, river/swimming area, bbq area, games...)
It's great for a family day out or a picnic, and the fact that you can refresh yourself in the river is amazing.
Also, you can afterward visit Envigado, which is technically another city but part of the metropolitan area of Medellín. It have a lovely small town vibe.

El Salado Ecological Park
This little ecopark is great!
