The local fish'n'cip shop is a 7 min walk away and really is very good. Queues out of the door on Friday and Saturday evenings sums it up - my advice would be to for small portions unless you are very hungry... :-)

If you want a short drive out for somewhere to eat, The Robin Hood is one of the better rural pubs. Very friendly staff, excellent pub food and nice outdoor seating area with views back towards the hills.

Great Malvern has a few Indian restaurants. Anupam is at the higher end of quality though the prices are still quite reasonable. Their dishes tend towards more delicate and lightly spiced than some. If you want a pleasant evening out with good service then it's a good choice - if you just want a late evening Chicken Vindaloo and 3 pints of Cobra to go with it - there are others choices...

Their dishes tend towards more delicate and lightly spiced than some. If you want a pleasant evening out with good service then it's a good choice - if you just want a late evening Chicken Vindaloo and 3 pints of Cobra to go with it - there are others choices...

One of the main eating/drinking areas in Malvern. It's part of the Wetherspoons chain now but if the weather is nice it has great views look back down over the town and towards the Severn Valley/Cotswolds in the distance
