Stunning, long-range mountain views. On a clear day, you can see upwards of 30 miles. This is a pull off on the way to Highlands/Cashiers NC and is a GREAT pitstop for a family picture.

This location offers river rafting through family-friendly rapids that are mild but exciting. The Nantahala features eight miles of practice on easy Class II rapids before splashing through the exciting Class III whitewater of Nantahala Falls.
