Iulius Town Timișoara is the name of the mixed-use development or edge city, as well as shopping mall located there, in Timișoara, Romania. At the time of its completion it was the first shopping mall in Timișoara. As of 2019, it is the largest shopping center in Romania.
Included in the Iulius Town development, the total retail floor area of the shopping mall will be increased to 118,000 sq m.
