Uber ride to City Centre is between $15-18
When calling an Uber/Ola it’s best to meet them at bottom of drive as GPS doesn’t always accurately locate house due to street numbering up the private drive.

Number 23/23e Bus
There is a bus shelter/stop 150m away just a few houses along from the bottom of the drive. It’s on the number 23/23e route. 23e is the peak hour express service that goes past Zoo, Courtney Place and terminates at Wellington Train Station. 23 also goes past Zoo, but if you are headed to city centre you need to get off at Newtown shops/hospital stop and change to high frequency number 1 or 3 service.

Number 3 Bus Service
The Number 3 bus route is a more frequent service that goes every 20 minutes, and travels via Kilbirnie and Newtown to the city. Bus stop is at the bottom of steep Hungerford Road by Lyall Bay parade/waterfront.

Wellington Airport 7 minutes away
Wellington airport is a 7 minute drive away. While our place overlooks the airport runway we aren’t on the flight path so airport noise generally minimal depending on weather conditions. Runway is on other side of Lyall Bay and it’s fun watch planes landing and taking off.
