Çanakkale Martyrs Memorial Çanakkale Martyrs Memorial is the main Turkish memorial at Gallipoli. Anzac Cove Anzac Memorial 27000 Australian, New Zealand, British and Indian troops were put ashore in Anzac Cove between 25 April and 1 May 1915 and majority of them were Anzac. 57th Infantry Regiment was the first to fight to ANZACs and nobody in the 57th Infantry Regiment survived from the war. Chunuk Bair Chunuk Bair is place where Turkish defenders and soldiers of New Zealand and Britain fought on Turkey's Gallipoli peninsula in August 1915.
