This is a choice to get 360 view of the city, as far as new city area in District 2. You'll also able to see the old Saigon buildings around the place and the famous Nguyen Hue walking street from the height.
You'll choose between purchasing ticket to observatory hall or having a cup of drink in their coffee shop. I would choose ticket as i am not a fan of their drinks.
