Fish & Game is located in a beautifully historic blacksmith shop, in the heart of New York's Hudson Valley. A collaboration between chefs Zakary Pelaccio and Jori Emde and film and theatre producer Patrick Milling Smith, the restaurant celebrates the bounty of the valley with a set menu that responds to the seasons and availability of product from the farmers with a new menu each week. The vast wine list has a unique and dedicated focus on natural wines from around the world and they dedicate their cocktails to the same seasonal attention.

Situated in the heart of Hudson’s restaurant district on Warren Street, we’re a 15 minute ride from the Taconic State Parkway or NYS Thruway and within walking distance of the Amtrak station. American Glory specializes in legendary wood smoked BBQ and classic American comfort foods. Our menu includes many vegetarian and gluten free options. Housed in a masterfully renovated red brick firehouse, American Glory Restaurant boasts a rich history of dedicated firefighters. Formerly the H. Rogers Hose Company it was home to the second oldest volunteer fire department in New York State; organized in 1974. The firehouse has been meticulously restored to highlight the original brick walls, wood floors and historic grand wooden staircase.
