This is the "diner" in the Ace Hotel. Everyone knows the Ace because it started the hipster influx to Palm Springs, but KH has pretty good food and a good, casual hipster atmosphere.

Not a fancy place, but if you get tired of the more touristy options in the center of town, this is a great, friendly, more local option for equally good Mexican food.

Koffi is a coffee landmark in Palm Springs, with 3 locations. More importantly, they have really good coffee, and a great mix of locals (everyone comes here), tourists and LA weekenders.

A little out of central Palm Springs, but the Parker is one of the best designed hotels/space around, and they have a good sense of humor.

I think the restaurants ITinto and El Jefe) are far better than the rooms at the Saguaro. Tinto is the fancier restaurant, small plates, with quite good food. Not inexpensive. Sit inside not out.

Currently my favorite restaurant in Palm Springs for dinner. Beautiful patio space at night with fire pits, beautiful ambiance. Amazing Italian and flatbread pizzas. Handcrafted cocktails, too.

This is the best coffee in Palm Springs. They serve Stumptown coffee in a hip, urban-style coffeehouse. Evenings, they also do great charcuterie and cheese plates paired with a smart wine list.

Circa 59 has good food, and one of the nicest outdoor areas next to their pool for daytime or night-time dining or drinks. I'd go to the Riviera more for drinks than food, but that's me.
