Good place to buy textile for uniforms etc.. Not cheaper than Divisoria but almost the same minus the hassle of going to. The place has parking space although gets jam packed in the afternoon. Try to go here during mornings and look for Edith textile. They can give you a good deal for textiles and the people are knowledgeable on their products. Meat products and vegetables are also fresh and cheap. Local celebrities once frequented the marketplace before.

If you want to shop for fabrics, Kamuning Public Market has a section for that. After you shop, you can just walk around and choose the seamstress/tailor to make your clothes according to your specifications. Dress shirts, gowns, pillow cases, bed sheets, traditional Filipino barong, you name it they'll do it for you. Better to go here on your first day in Manila to give your seamstress time to make your order.
