Chris Harrod delights in the abundance of produce that can be found simply by opening his front door - every dish on his menu, from breakfast through to dinner, features a foraged ingredient. Within 11 months of opening, The Whitebrook was awarded a Michelin star and the restaurant has since won an AA Wine Award for Wales and Inspectors’ Choice at the AA Hospitality Awards 2017 and become one of only 39 restaurants in the UK to hold 4 AA Rosettes.
