good neighborhood gym with cardio/weight machines/free weights/lap pool/sauna/small rock climbing wall. You can visit w/o a membership for $5-10. If you belong to a YMCA elsewhere, they should let you in for free. Let me know if you want to go and I can call to give them a heads up I have a guest going.

The Y is a great place to work out while you are visiting. There is a pool, weight lifting, cardio equipment, and a climbing wall!

Local YMCA has a pool and great classes. We are members if you want to go!

You can exercise, go for as swim and do whatever else goes on in a YMCA.
