Tehidy has over 9 miles (14.5km) of paths and 250 acres of peaceful woods and lakes to explore, together with a café and a picnic area. There are five main access points including North Cliff car park, and South Drive car park.

Acres of woodland and countryside on the doorstep, no need to get in a car. Ideal for walking, jogging or cycling. The park is varied and provides something for everyone. At the far end is a lake, car park and cafe. This area more popular. There are ducks, swans and squirrels that are pretty tame here. However, for the more adventurous you can walk to North Cliffs and head out along the Coastal Path. Always something different to see. This is home to some rather good entertainment - Rogue Theatre are often performing their magic here and have a new summer production. More details on their website.

Tehidy Woods is 3 miles from the bungalow. A beautiful park which leads to the north coastal footpath. Tip:Walk from bungalow or Park at the South Drive Entrance car park walk through park to the North Cliff Plantation exit. Walk across the coastal road (B3301) and walk down the track to the coastal footpath. When joining the coastal footpath turn left (facing the sea) and walk along the coastal footpath when you arrive at the North Cliffs parking area on the footpath . Leave the path via the car park and opposite you will see a footpath sign over a granite style into a field. Take this path. This path leads to Coombe. At Coombe turn left to continue down the hill on the road. BEFORE the bridge over the stream. Take the footpath into Tehidy Country Park this will lead to back to your car if walking retrace your steps when getting to the South Drive Car Park . Ordnance Survey Explorer 104.
