This spot was voted best Bakery in NC! One of our favorite spots located just down Haywood. Cozy bakeshop offering pastries, naturally leavened bread & other small bites in spare surrounds.

The owner of this bakery studied in Paris. This is the closest to a parisian bakery experience I've had in the south, yet there's a different twist with lots of amazing sourdough bases and an incredible gluten free seed and nut loaf. It has a healthier vibe than your typical bakery. It's not to be missed if you're into baked goods.
