Dating from 1798, this wonderful little library and reading room was re-opened in it's current building in 1896, and then doubled in size in 1996. Besides traditional library services, this is the center of village life, with readings by local writers, concerts and other gatherings, as well as offering quiet places to read or write, with free wifi, computers and printers available to the public. Coffee, sodas and snacks available. Rentals of sports equipment like binoculars or fishing poles.

5 min walk | Town library, beautiful historic building with charming seating areas, beautiful view of woods and stream behind building, and basement with play room and craft room for activities and playtime.
