Fort Myers Beach and its heaps of sugary white sand is about seven miles long and sits on the Gulf of Mexico. This is a world class beach! You will want to make a day trip when visiting as there is so much to do. Located 16 miles(30-45 minutes in general) from Happy Villa, pack up the car with your cooler, beach gear and lots of sunscreen and head to this beach. There is an entire page devoted to parking options on the fortmyersbeachfl dot GOV webpage. Traffic can get bad during high season especially during spring break in March so plan your visit accordingly. If you want to spend a day there, you'll be okay if you go early & stay late for the easiest travel times. And remember - you are on vacation! You are not in a hurry. It's island time, after all!

Just a short beautiful 13 minute drive up the street to the famous Fort Myers Beach with lots of fun and more action to take part of.

beautiful, clean beaches! You can go parasailing and rent wave runners from different places as you walk along the beach. So many activities to choose from.
