Founded in 2007 by Bill and Stephanie Prioste, Windmill Ridge Winery produces quality and award-winning wines from their 3.8-acre vineyards. If you’re looking for a new venue for date night, we would suggest taking your date to the Windmill Ridge Winery. One of the most romantic things to do in Tracy for couples is enjoying a meal for two with a bottle of 2010 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon while enjoying the sights of the vineyards. What to Do Visit the winery for dinner and pair your favorite entrees with the Windmill Ridge’s 2009 Barbera. Visiting the vineyard is one of the most favorite things to do in Tracy at night. Some evenings, the winery hosts a comedy show as well, so be sure to book on those nights.
