With jaw-dropping costumes and outrageously talented and funny performers, it’s a variety show of fantastic music and dance that dramatizes topical stories about what’s going on in the city. Great Musical Parody and famous SF tradition carried on (not started) by Steve Silver in North Beach. You'll likely need to get tickets ahead of time. It's going away at the end of 2019 so don't miss it!

A fun, "camp" series of skits /musical performances at Club Fugazi in the North Beach neighborhood. Includes local skit highlights as well as the latest political satire. There is a matinee performance this excludes alcohol service. After many years, BBB is ending its performances 12.31.19.

Beach Blanket Babylon has been a continuous running show in SF for 40 years, known for its outrageous hats and costumes. Show integrates current events into show so it is always new, even if you have seen it before. Definitely an unique and delightful experience.

“If you're going to do a touristy restaurant in Fisherman's Wharf, this is the best one. A terrific view. The kids can watch the boats and the kite surfers while you have a cocktail. My parents took me there when I was a kid because I'd be entertained. I'd recommend this for lunch, or a snack with a drink. Buying dinner there costs a fortune.”
