Probably some of the best tomato salad & meat in town. Meatlovers this is a no miss!! Make sure to go early (before 21 hrs) as there's only 1 table- it's more of a bar than a "sitting" restaurant

Bar Nestor Famous bar in the old part for a steak, tortilla de patatas or tomato salad. Very small and rustic, super authentic. Expect to eat perched at a bar or on a small table.

Zeruko offers a less traditional style of pintxos, very sophisticated and surprising. They are also a bit expensive but it is true that there is a lot of work behind each of the bites. Try the "hoguera de bacalao", a cod based pintxo.
