Head to Tai Long Wan Beach in the summer. You'd think you were in Thailand. Catch a boat there or back. The views are magnificent.

Hong Kong's backyard. Beaches, hiking, kayaking, seafood it has everything an outdoors person would want. Very cute town and great seafood as well.
