A Boise classic with excellent burgers and fry's! They have several potato varieties (russet, purple, golden, sweet, etc.) and they fry them in various forms (po ball, homestyle, curly). I like to get the classic burger in a bowl with purple po balls. I dress my fries with the rosemary sea salt and a side of ketchup.

Locally-sourced ingredients, beef and bison burgers, vegetarian burgers, awesome selection of fries and sauces, home made buns and great beers. Voted Boise's best burger place several years in a row. :-)
