Again, this place ticks a number of boxes, from a lovely dining menu to a tea bar, coffee bar, pastry bar, bookstore, Oliver Peeples eyeglass boutique, and short term rental office space. Plus, it is one of Tampa's most impressive renovations, right across the street from the University of Tampa.
