Very good Venezuelan food, tasty, satisfying. Perfect place to get the day going and enjoy a good latte/ and or juice selection. I recommend the arepas and anything else taste buds desire.

Our favorite spot for weekend morning breakfast. The Congress Cafe serves Venezuelan breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes. Definitely try their sweet corn pancakes. Don't forget to shop around all of Old Town's quaint little shops afterwards. Check out our Old Town guide if you want more details regarding the area.
