Excellent place to drive onto the Beach to see sunsets, BBQ, explore.

The first bus of the day (departs at 7.50am) stops at Gantheaume point where you can experience some of the most beautiful and picturesque coastline in Broome, fish off the rocks, and view the ancient dinosaur footprints (at low spring tides only). Enjoy a leisurely 5km walk back along Cable Beach (remember to take a hat and sunscreen as there is no return bus service).

Deep pindan colours with amazing rock formations. A terrific photo opportunity. See if you can find the dinosaur footprints.

If you're driving your own car - after exploring the sites of the point, take the beach access road at Gantheaume and drive on to the beach for sunset. A locals must do that you'll love.
