Talossa on pirtti, jossa hyvin varusteltu keittiö, yksi makuuhuone ja saunaosasto. Talon saunaosastolla on kamari, jossa yöpymismahdollisuus ja erittäin hyvä puulämmitteinen sauna. Saunasiipi on rakennettu 70-luvulla ja saunan ja pesuhuoneen pintoja on uusittu keväällä 2023. Nukkumapaikkoja max. 5:lle yöpyjälle. Koiravieraat ovat myös tervetulleita lisämaksusta

Villa Väylän Helmi sijaitsee Ylitornion kunnassa, Kaulinrannan kylän Marjosaaressa. Saari on rauhallinen maalaismiljöö, jossa sijaitsee lähinnä loma-asuntoja. Tornionjoen varrella sijaitseva mökki on kalastajien ja jokimaisemaa rakastavien lomailijoiden valinta. Marjosaaressa on loistava paikka katsella ja kuvata revontulia. Lähistöllä on useita nähtävyyksiä ja mahdollisuus harrastaa erilaisia aktiviteetteja. Voit helposti vierailla myös Ruotsissa, jonne pääsee Aavasaksan sillan kautta.

Modern Holiday House in Lapland

A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

Idyllinen pieni saunallinen hirsimökki lammen rannalla. Ekologinen mökki sijaitsee lähellä paikallistietä, mutta silti omassa rauhassaan. Voit nähdä sään salliessa revontulet omalta pihalta, sekä tavata pohjoisen eläimiä kuten oravan, poron tai jäniksen. Sijaitsee noin tunnin ajomatkan päässä Rovaniemen lentokentältä luonnonkauniissa pienessä kylässä. Huskysafareita talvella vain parin minuutin päässä. Kohde sopii sinulle joka arvostat luonnon rauhaa. Sopii mökkeilyyn ympäri vuoden.

Hirsimökkiin astuessasi näkymä avautuu suoraan tupaan, jossa on täysin varusteltu keittiö ja ruokailuryhmä kuudelle hengelle. Valoisassa oleskelutilassa on suuret ikkunat läpi tuvan, ja sohvalta voit ihastella mökin ikkunoista avautuvaa metsäistä maisemaa. Lämpimästi tervetuloa Villa Outaan!

Situated near the river, the Swedish border is just across the water, allowing for a seamless journey into Sweden, perhaps via the ice road. The absence of unnecessary lights around provides the perfect setting for observing the Northern Lights. Cozy old grandma's house close to E8 road

Peaceful grandma's cottage in the countryside in the Torne Valley near the Swedish border. Easily accesible from E8 road. A short distance of less than 3 km to the municipal centre of Ylitornio, 6km to Swedish side Övertorneå for shopping. Around you will see beautiful valley landscapes on both the Finnish and Swedish sides. The Torne River is less than a kilometre away. On winter time you can enjoy snow right at your front door. We offer sledges free of charge.

In winter, Ritavaara Ski Resort is 35 km away and Aavasaksa slopes 28 km away. Distances: Rovaniemi 130 km, Levi 180 km, Ylläs 135 km, Kemi 100 km.

Meillä petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat Airbnb-hintaan, perusasiat keittiössä. Lyhyt matka keskustaan. Pihassa autopaikka. Keittiö, eteinen, pieni suihku/wc sekä olohuoneessa TV, levitettävä sohva, parisänky ja nojatuolit. Sopii parhaiten kahdelle aikuiselle, tai neljälle, kun seurueessa on esim.2 aikuista ja 2 lasta.
