The Cabin A secluded, self contained log cabin

The Cabin is a purpose built log cabin with easy access for people with impaired mobility. It is positioned in an isolated private garden of a family owned smallholding. The Cabin looks out over the surrounding country. It has its own secluded private garden and foot access to many acres of local woods and walks. We welcome dogs and they stay for free. But please let us know you are bringing them. We do not accept bookings that include infants or children as we are only insured for adults.

Well stocked village shop opposite The Daffodil. Brunch / Lunch & Dinner is served Wed - Sat, Sunday lunch & evening Steak & Tapas Menu on Sundays in the restaurant & bar - catering to a wide range of tastes & dietary requirements.

Nestled in the village of Brongest in the Ceredigion countryside, perfectly set for all day sun, porthfach is a real gem. Feel relaxed as soon as you enter the light filled old post office, fully renovated with open plan lounge with dinning area and wood burning stove, separate bedroom, fully furnished kitchen, power shower and separate loo. There is access to your own private garden from the lounge which is fully fenced for dog safety your own private parking to the side of the cottage.

The Old Mill dates back to late 1800s originally a woollen mill it is steeped in history. The village of Drefach is a five minute drive away for conveniences and dog-friendly pubs and walks.

Y Caban is a one bedroom cabin located in the lovely mature grounds of our 30 acre holding and enjoys uninterrupted views of the three counties of West Wales; Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. You will have the benefit of your own spacious quarter acre private lawn area, garden furniture, bbq and outdoor wood burning stove for those chilly star gazing nights. Y Caban is within a dog safe boundary area enabling you to relax & your pet to safely explore the garden.
