The house is kind of seperated from the other buildings so it is a quiet place and has a lot of space to park. It is 5 to 7 minutes by car from the center of the city, 3 to 5 min by car from the castle of lekures and 10 to 15 min by car from the best beaches (including ksamil island). This one apartment is on the second floor of the house, new built and nicely furnished.
