The property is 10 minutes walk away from the beautiful Glamorgan Heritage coast and the Welsh Coastal path. There are loads of beautiful walks nearby aswell as two pubs (15 minute walk) and a large co-op (10 minute walk). Wedding venue Gileston Manor is a 1 minute walk away. Cardiff/Penarth Garden Coachhouse

Our garden coachhouse is a small modern two bedroom house in our garden. It is a lovely self contained unit. We are conveniently located close to Cardiff and Penarth’s Victorian seafront and pier. There are good bus and train links within walking distance (bus stop is 50 feet from house).There is a pub serving food at the end of the road and many restaurants nearby. There are supermarkets nearby. The Principality stadium, Ninian Park football stadium and the Millenium Centre are all close by.

Nicole’s Casa, Is set on its own in a beautiful garden, is a bright clean open plan place to rest and relax, warm in winter with central heating, we have a kitchen equipped with culinary & crockery ,fridge, microwave/oven and ceramic hob top. Work space table and chairs. There is a cosy double bed, sofa, tv and internet . Shower Room and toilet. Near Nicole’s Casa there a working yard that is quiet most of the time occasional movement of vehicles, our family house is opposite the studio.

Bwthyn Bach (little cottage) is our beautiful, self-contained studio, boasting incredible sunset views of the Brecon Beacons and Pen-y-Fan from your bedside. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, with patio and garden facilities accessible. Breakfast basics are included with fresh eggs from our hens when available Please be aware that this is only accessible by a single tarmac track that winds up the mountain. Access in the winter can be limited.

"Ty Bach Melyn" Parking & Private Courtyard

A delightful, pleasant and spacious one bedroom bungalow/annex in a peaceful location with own car parking and privacy. Convenient location, 10 min walk into the town centre where you’ll find lots of lovely restaurants and pubs. Close to large supermarkets and M4. Bridgend is located in the middle of Cardiff and Swansea, so ideal for working and getaways as close to local beaches, walking, cycling routes & shopping at the designer outlet.

Gwyn Lodge

A self contained bungalow comprising of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen diner including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a suitable laptop work space / dressing table with a hairdryer. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.

Private Annex with gated parking close to M4.

Modern, light and homely annex on private land with gated parking situated in a lovely little village called Magor. The village shops, restaurants and pubs are a short five minute stroll away and are well worth a visit. Magor has fantastic links being 2 minutes from the M4. We are approx 30 minutes to centre of Bristol and 30 minutes to Cardiff, 20 minutes to centre of Newport and 10 minutes to the Celtic Manor Resort and ICC.

The Lakeside Lodge

Our outhouse at the back of our garden has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, modern studio apartment. With underfloor heating, large sofa's & kitchen /breakfast area it has everything you want for a short or long stay! Separate entrance also makes it private so you can come and go as you wish.
