Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.
