The perfect base for a hiking, biking, fishing or beach holidays. Family friendly, the house has a large enclosed garden with a climbling frame, ride on toys, swings, slides and a sand pit. A colourful apartment right on the promenade of Aberystwyth. It offers a quiet bedroom and a large open-plan living-dining-kitchen room with sea views. There you will find a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a dining table, a sofabed and a TV, books and games. The apartment has a personal atmosphere in which you can relax well. The self contained annex has been recently extended and includes a large bedroom, lounge with sofa bed please mention if needed so extra bedding can be provided- no extra cost for 2 people booking. fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Parking is available outside the annex. All access and accommodation is on the same level for easy use. Set in the countryside it offers superb views, bike rides etc. The annex provides a comfortable homely experience within easy reach of local amenities.
