Floras Charming Waterfront Villa

Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

Aπολαύστε τις διακοπές σας σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο και κομψό χώρο. Ανακαινίστηκε το 2024 με πολλή αγάπη και λεπτομέρεια για να προσφέρει στιγμές ξεγνοιασιάς. Πέτρινη , διώροφη, παραδοσιακή οικία. 1ος όροφος υπνοδωμάτιο με υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι (1,80εκ.) και εσωτερική σκάλα. 2ος όροφος *σαλόνι με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι, τραπεζαρία , κουζίνα, μπάνιο, μπαλκόνι. Το σπίτι από το δεύτερο όροφο έχει υπέροχη θέα στον καστανιώνα. 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του χωριού Δε διαθέτει χώρο στάθμευσης

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Διαθέτει ανεμιστήρα καθώς η περιοχή φημίζεται για τη δροσιά της. Το σπίτι έχει δύο πατώματα. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται το σαλόνι με την τηλεόραση, η κουζίνα (διαθέτει φουρνάκι μαγειρέματος) και το μπάνιο. Στον επάνω όροφο, βρίσκονται δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Στον προθάλαμο υπάρχει ένα επιπλέον μονό κρεβάτι.
