E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.

Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!
