This luxury villa which has been completed in the fall of 2024, offers a modern open kitchen and spacious living areas where the amazing room height and large windows bring you close to nature. Downstairs there are also bath and sauna facilities. Upstairs are the villa's 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a toilet. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers its own peace, and a direct connection to the bathroom through the utility room. In total, the villa comfortably accommodates eight people.

Expansive glass walls and a high ceiling frame views of the Ylläs swing and surrounding fells. The terrace with a private jacuzzi is ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. Visitors can enjoy year-round activities: hiking, berry picking, fishing and kayaking in summer, with skiing just minutes away at Ylläs Ski Resort in winter. Shops & restaurants are within walking distance.

Sauna lämpiää kivikorikiukaan voimin ja yläkerrassa majoittuu hyvin neljä henkeä. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu, pesukone ja kuivauskaappi pyykkihuoltoon ja tehokas 200 Mbps valokuituyhteys vaikkapa etätyöskentelyyn. Vuokra ei sisällä loppusiivousta, vaan majoittuja vastaa siitä. Beautiful, spacious and cosy lodge. Great location! Village centre and ski buss stop are in walking distance. Skiing tracks are nearby. Linen, towels and cleaning include the price! In the first floor there are one bedroom with double bed, kitchen area, sofa, sauna, bathroom, tv and fireplace. In the second floor there are tv area, sofa bed, one single bed and one double bed or two single beds. Spacious back terrace opens to the forest. There are one parking space with heating.
