Langholmen private Island - with rowing boat

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Bed sheets upon request and extra fee. We are dependent of guests to clean out properly after their stay to welcoming next guests. Please respect. Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet. Bare 1 min unna med bil ligger også Digernes. Her har du tilgang til flere butikker, bakeri, burgerking etc. Er du glad i å fiske eller glad i å ta et forfriskende bad er også sjøen rett nedenfor, med bare 50 meter. Vi har også kano, som våre gjester kan få låne! Plass til 2 personer (muligens 3) flytevester er inkludert. Vi har også en liten grillplass utenfor med tilgang til bålpanne. Velkommen til Jensvika!

Bright, spacious apartment with beautiful fjord views just outside Ålesund. A perfect base for exploring Sunnmøre while stikk being close to the city. Recently renovated, fully equipped with a lovely veranda and nature right outside the door. Guests may also rent our boathouse with SUP boards, fishing gear and a fire pan. Fantastisk sommerhus ved sjøen. Oppvarmet basseng, utendørs boblebad, 2 havkajakker, fiskeutstyr. Dette er plassen for familier som virkelig vil kose seg. Naust rett ved huset. Masse uteplass. Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt. A pearl in the sea gap! Newly renovated farmhouse from 1894 which has retained its unique charm and old style :) The house is located on Ulla, Haramsøy (Haram municipality), with the sea as its nearest neighbour. It is a short distance to fishing opportunities and a bathing area, and the hiking trails are right outside the kitchen door. There will also be a boat available for free use during the stay at your own risk.
