The Coach House

A quiet, cosy retreat, part of an unusual barn conversion in the courtyard of Scagglethorpe Manor. Take a drink and enjoy your patio, explore the gardens, or amble down to the village pub. The Coach House has a kettle, air-fryer, toaster, fridge, TV, and high speed WiFi but no oven or microwave. There is plenty of parking and an EV charger. Relax in your king-size bed or unwind in the rainfall shower after busy days exploring Malton, Castle Howard, Scampston Hall, York, the Moors, and the coast.

Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Dalby Family Cottage, Bickley Rigg Farm

Nestled in a serene, private valley, our 150-year-old cow barn has been meticulously transformed into a charming retreat. The two-year renovation blends timeless character with modern comfort, featuring French-inspired decor, antiques, and intriguing curios that create a welcoming, intimate atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area invites relaxed gatherings, perfect for family or friends. With no roads or foot traffic in sight, it’s a peaceful sanctuary to unwind in nature.

Serendipity is one of three hand crafted wooden Shepherds Cabins, located on a working farm in the heart of Dalby Forest. (See Serenity and Dahlia Cabins on separate listings.) We're ideally situated just off the popular cycle routes and activity centres. The cozy en-suite cabin features a comfortable king size bed, fridge, heating, a gas BBQ on the covered veranda and continental breakfast. This luxurious cabin offers wonderful panoramic views in a tranquil setting. The perfect escape!

We offer en suite bathroom, WiFi, Smart Tv. Microwave, electric grill, toaster and kettle. Heating and log burner let’s us offer breaks all year round. We can’t accommodate Children and infants.

The living space is open plan with ample space for a couples retreat or family break away. In the summer months dine al fresco and enjoy a BBQ on the private patio besides the wood burning hot tub. A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Set in its own substantial private gardens with stunning views of the Vale Of Pickering and The Wolds. Watch the stars while relaxing in the hot tub or just sit back and let the ducks and chickens entertain you. The Hut is located within the village of Snainton and is ideally located for exploring Whitby, Scarborough, Thornton Le Dale and The North Yorkshire Moors.

Old Forge in Wrelton, North Yorkshire.

This cottage, in the village of Wrelton near Pickering, was a 19th century blacksmith's forge and has now been renovated into a delightful living space complete with fully-equipped kitchen, large living room area, bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy bedroom located on a mezzanine floor which is reached via a spiral staircase. The Old Forge offers a great location for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Yorkshire.
